ACCOMMODATION

West View House was a modest stone quarryman’s cottage. In the 1880s it was given a large Victorian extension and in 2002/03 was completely remodelled but retains many of the original features and all its charm.

Now forming a quality house with Lounge set to catch both the warm southerly sun and evening sunset views, Dining Room, a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms (one en-suite), bathroom, a pleasant conservatory, enclosed garden area and private garage.

The house has underfloor heated Purbeck stone flooring in several areas and full central heating throughout. There is also a multi-fuel stove in the Lounge for cooler evenings.

West View House will sleep up to six persons and there is a master bedroom (double) and two twin-bedded rooms, one is a single bed with another pull out full size single. Outside there is a Purbeck stone paved patio and sunbathing area.

West View House is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, colour TV and DVD player.

Visitors will find West View House ready for their stay as they arrive. All linen and towels etc are included.

Children’s cot and high chair are freely available for use.
